Wellbeing is at the forefront of what we’re working together towards. Our programs and activities are designed to be a catalyst that helps community members reach their goals and fulfill their potential.
Our aim is to promote animal protection, public safety, and public morals by facilitating the enforcement of Maryland's animal fighting, welfare and cruelty laws.
All agencies involved must communicate, collaborate and cooperate in order to effectively investigate and prosecute animal abuse.
